At ClinIQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, which is why we offer a fair refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date and have not activated your subscription code.
- Technical issues: You experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using ClinIQ, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- Duplicate purchases: You accidentally purchased the same subscription twice.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Activated codes: Once an activation code has been used to activate a subscription, it cannot be refunded.
- After 7 days: Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Partial usage: If you have used a significant portion of your subscription period.
- Account violations: If your account was terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Free trial conversions: Subscriptions purchased after using a free trial, as you had the opportunity to evaluate the service.
Lifetime Plan Refunds
Lifetime subscriptions are eligible for refund only within 7 days of purchase and only if the activation code has not been used. Due to the nature of lifetime access, we carefully review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@cliniqus.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address, order ID or PayPal transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through PayPal. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- PayPal balance: 1-2 business days
- Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer: 5-10 business days
Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and may delay the resolution process.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
